Planting Ecology
By selecting native species and adhering to biologically recommended planting methods, we facilitate the trees’ adaptation to their new environment. Additionally, its lightweight hexapod structure, distributes its weight evenly across multiple legs, minimizing soil compaction. This design prevents damage to delicate ecosystems, even when carrying heavy loads like saplings.
Planting Method
Trovador plants using The Smart Forest Model. This is a pattern where the robot plants different local species in a randomized sequence, instead of all in a single line and in small islands of regeneration, around which a new forest can grow by itself, allowing more space for the trees as well as light so that it can recover all on its own.
